Sequencing is a technique—and an art—that helps us move through imposter syndrome. You can honor the integrity, history, and science of yoga asana while also crafting an experience that feels relevant to the times.

Having a sequence means you have a plan—a structure that allows for more freedom to pivot, delegate, and navigate whatever arises before or during class. Sequencing creates a container, a direction, and an experience. It is there to support the teacher and the students.

In this training we will discuss how to create a signature sequence and work with the seasons. It is important to stay in conversation with people in your industry—this is an opportunity to connect with other teachers and exercise your authentic voice.
